The Well Balanced Mom brings yoga to moms without the dreaded task of finding a sitter. My Mom & Tot Yoga classes allow you to bring your babies and tots with you while you practice beginner/intermediate level vinyasa-style yoga.  Children play with toys (and yoga props) and take part in music and movement types of activities to fend off boredom.  At the end while moms relax in a restorative pose children will participate in story-time led by th e group instructor.
